A heavy-equipment dealer that finally matches the machines it sells.
Authorized for global OEMs. Still presenting like a local trader.
Vertex Infracore had built a real heavy-equipment business. Authorized dealer for global machine brands, seven branches, machines on sites across Maharashtra and Goa. The brand never caught up. To a buyer, Vertex still read like an old local trader, not a partner the world's OEMs had chosen.
There was no brand system, only files. Sales ran on PPTs and templates the team built in-house, each one with its own fonts and colours. Nothing matched. A procurement buyer comparing Vertex to a larger competitor saw the gap before the conversation started. Strong machines, strong service, a brand that undersold both.
- In-house PPTs standing in for a brand
- Fonts and colours that changed file to file
- An authorized OEM dealer that looked like a local trader
- Nothing substantial for a buyer to trust on first look
- A pitch that undersold the machines and the service behind them
The business had earned its OEM partnerships. The brand was still introducing the old shop.
One system. Built to win OEM-grade trust.
We built Vertex a complete sales-ready brand system, not a logo. New positioning set the story on serious machines backed by fast support. A full identity system replaced the file-to-file chaos with one consistent face. Then we built everything the business runs on: the website, marketing collateral, the sales deck, the buyer-facing equipment guides, and the brand launch event itself.
- STAGE 01
Positioning
Set the story on tough machines and fast support.
- STAGE 02
Identity
One brand system to end the file-to-file chaos.
- STAGE 03
System
Website, deck, collateral, and buyer equipment guides.
- STAGE 04
Launch
A brand launch event to put the new Vertex in the room.
What we built
- 01
Brand Positioning
Reframed Vertex from local heavy-equipment trader to authorised OEM partner. One clear story the whole team walks into every meeting with.
- 02
Identity System
A full visual identity replaced the file-to-file chaos. One face across the website, the deck, and every surface a buyer meets the brand on.
- 03
B2B Website
A buyer-facing site that holds the new positioning, hosts the equipment catalogue, and pre-sells the seriousness of the operation before a sales call.
- 04
Sales Deck
The deck the team walks into the room with. Pre-built, brand-correct, ready for any procurement meeting.
- 05
Marketing Collateral
Brochures, flyers, welcome kit materials, all on one system. The field stopped making PPTs in-house.
- 06
Buyer Equipment Guides
Product-by-product guides procurement keeps on file. Removes friction from technical evaluation.
- 07
Brand Launch Event
A live launch that put the new Vertex in front of OEM partners and the market in one moment.
The system, on every surface.
The identity carried from the website to the welcome kit to the billboard. One Vertex wherever a buyer meets it.
For years our work was better than how we looked on paper. We knew our machines. We knew our service. The brand never showed it. Now it does. We walk into a meeting and the brand speaks first. We stopped explaining who we are.
Your team might be showing up to every meeting with a different version of your brand.
