A local trader, built into the brand a metro project would sign.
A new company with global OEMs on its side. Nothing yet to show for it.
SSB Ketana started as a local trader in Pune. The team had already signed authorised partnerships with Sika, Fischer, DeWalt, and Bosch, serious brands behind serious work. Nothing in the company yet showed it. There was no brand, no system, no surface a developer or a government tender team could weigh.
A construction buyer for a metro project or a major builder does not buy from a trader, they buy from a brand they can put on file. SSB had the OEM credentials and the technical capability. It did not yet have the brand to sit alongside Sika or Fischer in a buyer's shortlist.
- A new company with no brand of its own
- Global OEM partnerships with nothing to carry them
- A local-trader read for a buyer in front of a metro project
- No website, no system, no surface to weigh
- Capability the market had no way to see
SSB had the OEMs and the work. The brand had to catch up before the next-tier client would.
Build the brand from the ground up.
We built SSB a complete sales-ready brand system from scratch. New positioning set the story on authorised, technical construction solutions, not local trade. A full identity system gave the company one face across the website, the marketing collateral, and the office itself. By the end, SSB looked like a brand a tier-one buyer would put on its approved list.
- STAGE 01
Positioning
From local trader to authorised technical supplier.
- STAGE 02
Identity
A full brand system, built from zero.
- STAGE 03
System
Website, marketing collateral, and quote-ready materials.
- STAGE 04
Office
Interior branding so the brand held inside the office too.
What we built
- 01
Brand Positioning
Built SSB's story from local trader to authorised technical supplier. A surface a metro project tender team could put on file.
- 02
Identity System
A full brand built from zero. The face that sits alongside Sika, Fischer, DeWalt, and Bosch in a buyer's shortlist.
- 03
B2B Website
A site that shows the OEM credentials, the product range, and the technical depth a developer or government tender team needs.
- 04
Marketing Collateral
Quote-ready materials and product sheets. The brand reaches the buyer's desk in one consistent form.
- 05
Office Interior Branding
The brand carried inside the office space. Holds in person, not only online.
We started as a small trader with big OEM names backing us. The brand did not show that. Now it does. Within months we were signed onto Pune Metro and Goel Ganga, and a new OEM came in too. The brand opened doors our trade name could not.
Your team might be showing up to every meeting with a different version of your brand.
